Hello, my name is Kim Torres. I have been married for 38 years. I have two grown daughters and one son, a son-in-law, and two sweet granddaughters, ages 3 and 11 months. I am a native of Southern California, where we raised our children and where I attended college. I have been living in Arizona for three years and loving it!

I am a Christian and a teacher by calling. I have worked in education for about 15 years and Children’s Ministries for about 8 years. I have a calling to teach children about the love of Jesus and the truth of God’s Word, The Bible. I will also encourage them in their relationship with the Lord through trust, obedience, and service to the Lord. I have a passion to teach children with all diligence, academics, in a way that is understandable so that they can grow in knowledge and be successful in school through a biblical worldview.

I am blessed to be a part of God’s work at Harvest Bible Christian Academy and look forward to my part in encouraging, teaching, and setting an exemplary role model for the children in my care.
